Mission Statement

To be a source of spiritual strength and practical support to first responders, agency employees, and their families in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment through a ministry of presence.

To help bring healing and comfort to the traumatized by responding to victims of crime and those touched by tragedy in the community.

Focused on overall wellness, resiliency, and recovery. Dedicated to helping officers stay resilient—emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. My mission is to make a positive impact in their lives, supporting them as they face the unique challenges of their profession, including burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury.

Through a strong spiritual foundation within a comprehensive wellness and support plan, I strive to promote the optimal health and performance of those who serve. Officers provide the best care in a critical situation when responding to those in:

  • A mental health crisis when they are taking care of their mental health,

  • A physical crisis when they are physically at their optimal health,

  • Traumatic circumstances when they are spiritually experiencing love, empathy, peace, sobriety, and purpose through God as their higher power.
